Evian-Les-Bains is the perfect example of the French Belle Epoque. Its lakeside promenade, beaches, narrow pedestrian streets and terraces turn this destination into a dream come true. You can also visit the Cachat Spring, the source of Evian natural mineral water, to which the town owes its fame.

Located in the Mont-Blanc region of Haute-Savoie, just a few miles from the Portes du Soleil and close to Geneva airport, the 4-star Hôtel Ermitage is a residence built in the Anglo-Normand-Savoyard style, on three floors with galleries overlooking Lake Geneva.

Style of hotel

The decoration at the Ermitage is intimate, authentic and refined, inspired by nature to provide a warm, friendly atmosphere. In the restaurants and common areas, one finds fine natural materials such as wood, stone and leather, shades of brown and open fires.

Harmonious colours bathed in light. In the guest rooms, each bathroom has been designed using mineral materials in hues of grey and taupe. Pebbles and slate work with transparency to retrace the history of Evian water, its journey from the mountains to the spring.
